Dynamic retry configuration for recurring payments

Dynamic retry configuration for recurring payments

If you understand this one without reading further, we want to hire you ! Let me explain this one.

A client has to pay a business Rs.1000 every month. We can set up a recurring payment so that, automatically, Rs.1000 will be charged to the client’s card every month. But, it can happen that at the end of the month, the card limit is reached, for many reasons, and this automatic payment will fail. If this payment fails, our system previously would retry 24h after the first failure, then 48h after the second failure.

Here comes the innovation: the business manager can now configure when the system will retry to get this amount, he can choose after 3 days, then 5 days then 15 days, for example.
